Sensitive data. Clear answers. Kept between us.

I turn sensitive records into answers you can act on, for organizations that can't hand their data to just anyone. Your data goes nowhere it shouldn't.

[01] What I doSht 01 / 05

Messy data in.Answers out.

Every job starts with a question someone needs answered. I get the data into shape, find the answer, and show my work so it holds up in the room.

01

Analysis & reporting

Findings leadership can decide on, written in plain language and walked through with the people who have to decide.

02

Data management

Cleaning, structuring and documenting the data you already have, so every report after this one starts from a source you trust.

03

Ongoing dashboards

Recurring views of the figures that matter, built for the people who need them and closed to the people who don't.

[02] DiscretionSht 02 / 05

You won't find a client list here.

That's the point. The work stays with the people who commissioned it: no names, no case studies, no screenshots. Here's how your data is handled, first call to last file.

Protocol 01

Agreement first

A confidentiality agreement is signed before I see a single record. Yours or mine, whichever your counsel prefers.

Protocol 02

Only what the question needs

Fields that don't matter to the analysis never leave your hands. Less data moved means less data exposed.

Protocol 03

Your environment when possible

When it's practical, I work inside your systems, so your data never gets copied around.

Protocol 04

A clean close

When the engagement ends, working files are returned or destroyed, and you get written confirmation that it's done.

[03] How it worksSht 03 / 05

Four steps. No surprises.

You'll always know what stage we're in, what I have, and what happens next.

  1. Step 01

    Private call

We talk through the question, the data involved and who needs the answer. No data changes hands yet.

  2. Step 02

    Scope & NDA

A written scope and timeline, and a signed confidentiality agreement before I touch anything.

  3. Step 03

    The work

Regular check-ins while the analysis runs, so nothing gets built on a wrong assumption.

  4. Step 04

    Handover

Findings walked through with your team in plain language, the method documented, working files returned or destroyed.

[ Principal ]

I'm Alex.

Martinez Engineering Group is my independent data practice. I take complicated, sensitive data and turn it into something people can decide with, and it never becomes anyone else's business.

This practice grows by introduction. If someone passed you this page, they trusted you with it, and I'll treat your work the same way.
